Welcome to MR MARVIS! We are MR MARVIS Netherlands B.V., also known as "MR MARVIS".

We at MR MARVIS hope you love shopping with us, whether it is online via our web shop mrmarvis.com or in one of our brand stores. We try to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible; therefore, we have some terms and conditions (“conditions”) that apply to your order.

2. Offer and Agreement

1. When you buy an article online via the web shop of MR MARVIS or in one of our physical stores, you enter into an agreement with MR MARVIS. These conditions apply to all your online orders and purchases.

2. We will make sure that these conditions are easily accessible at the moment you are ordering as well as at any point in time thereafter. You may read, reread or download the then applicable and latest version of the conditions via our website.

3. To avoid incorrect delivery following your order, please make sure you provide us with the correct information and contact details. We keep your information safe and process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

4. An agreement arising from an offer which contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, is not binding upon MR MARVIS. Please contact MR MARVIS when you doubt the validity of an offer.

3. Price and Payment

1. The price stated in the web shop is the total price inclusive of value added taxes. Delivery charges are stated separately if applicable.

2. If the delivery address is located outside the European Union, additional taxes may apply. It is possible that the country in question charges additional levies, such as import tax. MR MARVIS has no influence or control over such levies and; therefore, cannot provide you with further information. Any import duties and taxes payable will be your sole responsibility as customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. These additional costs are for your own account. You must check yourself if the ordered items can be exported and imported to the country in question and what the costs are before placing such an order.

3. You can pay for your order using one of the payment methods available in the web shop of MR MARVIS.

4. Delivery

1. MR MARVIS aims to process and have your order delivered as smoothly and fast as possible. We take great care to ensure that the products are shipped accurately. Should you unexpectedly receive incomplete or damaged products, please let us know as soon as possible, but ultimately within 48 hours after receiving the products and we will take care of this.

2. Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by you and via the means of delivery chosen by you. Look for the delivery costs in your country in the FAQ section on our website.

3. In the event that a wrong address is provided, the costs for the lost product are your responsibility.

5. Quality, legal guarantee & complaints

1. MR MARVIS aims to display products on its website as fully and accurately as possible. The nature of the offered products may result in differences (such as color differences) between the display of products on the website and the product delivered to you. Does the product appear to be different than expected? Together with the cool-off period of 14 days, we offer you a return term of 100 days. Want to try our products before ordering? Stop by in one of our brand stores.

2. The products we offer are naturally subject to wear. The lifespan of a product is partly dependent on the material of the product, the intensity of use, and the level of care. The products of MR MARVIS are made from the highest quality materials as listed in the web shop. MR MARVIS stands for quality under normal use. For optimum lifespan and quality; however, it is important to follow the washing instructions. Should you nevertheless think there is something wrong with your product, please let us know your complaint (by phone, email or post).

3. If you have discussed your complaint with us, but you want to file your complaint to another authority, you can contact the Dispute Commission via the European ODR Platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

6. Right of Withdrawal

1. Based on the law you have a period of 14 days after receiving the product, to withdraw your agreement with MR MARVIS, without giving any reason.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending us an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can also easily use our customized return app or you may use the attached model withdrawal form / a completed model withdrawal form. It is also possible to withdraw the agreement partially. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. The right of withdrawal is not provided for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

4. After terminating the agreement please return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 100 days after receipt of all the products in your order, to the MR MARVIS address stated in the shipping label, which you will receive via our customized return app or via email.

5. You can try out our product(s) as far as necessary to make a purchase, like you would do in an actual shop. Make sure that the tags are still attached and that the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, have been washed, the labels have been removed, or show other signs of wear MR MARVIS will have to deduct this decrease in value from the total amount to be refunded to you. Only MR MARVIS is entitled to determine the decrease in value.

6. MR MARVIS will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned product(s). In the case of a partial cancellation, we only refund the costs of the returned product. We will refund you with the same payment method that you used to make the original payment.

7. If you choose a different, more expensive option for return than the standard delivery method used by MR MARVIS, these extra costs will not be reimbursed. See the FAQ’s section on our website for the return costs per country.

7. Return policy

1. We want you to have the best shopping experience with us, and that is why we have a return policy of 100 days. You can use our customized return app to register your return and we will provide you the shipping label. It is also possible to return the order partially.

2. Please return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 100 days after receipt of all the products in your order, to the MR MARVIS address stated in the shipping label which you will receive via our customized return app or via email.

3. You can try out our product(s) as far as necessary to make a purchase, like you would do in an actual shop. Make sure that the tags are still attached and that the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, have been washed, the labels have been removed, or show other signs of wear MR MARVIS will have to deduct this decrease in value from the total amount to be refunded to you. Only MR MARVIS is entitled to determine the decrease in value.

4. The return policy is not provided for goods that are also excluded from the right of withdrawal, like sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

5. MR MARVIS will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned product(s). In the case of a partial return, we only refund the costs of the returned product. We will refund you with the same payment method that you used to make the original payment.

8. Intellectual property

1. MR MARVIS owns all intellectual property rights related to the brand, the product, and the website including all promotional materials like videos and photographs.

9. Changes

1. Changes in these conditions will be published on the website. You are advised to check these conditions when ordering with us. These conditions were last changed on January 25, 2021.

10. Applicable Law

1. Dutch law applies to these Conditions and to the agreements between you and MR MARVIS. In case of any conflicts, the Court of Amsterdam will decide on the matter; notwithstanding your rights as a consumer that you may have according to the country you are residing in.
